Food in Los cabos There are more than 400 restaurants in Los Cabos, and finding a good meal is easy, and finding a great meal is just as easy if you know a little about some of the restaurants to visit. There are a number of must do 5 star Restaurants to eat at to name a few... Da Giorgio's out at the point across from Land's End the view itself makes the meal great and the food is first class. Another must do Classy Restaurant is Casa Rafael's near the main beach in Cabo, the piano bar, the world class food and the 2,400 gallon full view salt water fish tank placed in the middle of the dining area is a perfect setting for that romantic dinner you've always planned to have, if you plan to have just one dining experience in Cabo this is the place to do it. If a more casual setting is your style then Cabo is full of restaurants to meet your needs. Some great locations are the Baja Cantina which also has one of the best happy hours in town from 2pm to 7pm (this is the place for those 10 peso drinks), The Rio Grill, Giggling Marlin, Cabo Wabo Restaurant, Carlos n Charlies, Latitude 22+, No Name Cafe, Pazzo's Pizza, El Medano at the Bahia hotel and El Squid Roe are all place to get a great meal. A great place to start your day off with a first class breakfast right on the beach is The Office restaurant. There are hundreds of others but these are the ones that are most visited in Cabo. For a simple meal of Taco's or a Torta that has been called the best in all of Latin America the tiny taco stand behind the Rio Grill and just down the street has the best taco anywhere. For those that need that American fast food taste most of the major franchises have come to Cabo and you can get your fill of these as well. |

Day time fun... There are 100's of activities to experience in Los Cabos, from the world's best Sport fishing to SHOPPING for souvenirs. Here are a list of things to do that everyone does and a few not many people know about but should be taken advantage of while on your stay here in Paradise. The Sport Fishing is second to none (Cabo is the Sports Fishing Capital of the World). To battle a 500lbs marlin for hours is a thrill of a life time and then to release your catch for another angler to catch some other day is a very satisfying feeling. If something larger is on your mind... The Grey Whales migrate by Los Cabos for about 4 months every year and to see one of these massive animals up close is a truly an experience you'll never forget. The best time to see these huge creatures is from about mid November to mid March. For something a little smaller, the coast line from Cabo to San Jose boast some of the best snorkeling anywhere. Santa Maria Bay is a great spot for this as is Chilano Reef, the waters at Land's End are also great for this on days when the Pacific swell is small. The first two locations can be accessed by land or Sea and everyone knows where they are and the latter can be reached by water taxi. There are a number of SCUBA dive shops in Los Cabos and all are qualified to take you on your undersea adventure, some of the best are Cabo Pulmo Divers, Neptune Divers, and Baja Dive. |
